Though the team doesn't have military ranks, there are different roles within the team. The leader is the head of the team, then the are chiefs in each division or job.
The leader and chiefs' uniforms are gold in colour, all subordinates' uniforms are silver. Each uniform has a contrasting stripe of another colour to signify the department they serve in within the team. The overall leader's stripe is red; lab members' royal blue; vets' purple; electricians'/handymen black; office workers' forest green; call-out drivers' indigo.
Receptionists don't wear a uniform. They merely have a smart-dress code.
